7. Service Level Agreements (SLA):

8. Termination of Services:

Either party may terminate services with written notice if the other party breaches the terms of the agreement. Termination does not release the client from the obligation to pay for services provided up to the termination date.

10. Limitation of Liability:

RVN INFOTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of our services.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

These terms are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the district court Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to update and modify these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on our website.
